After just one session, Rachel was able to help me to first re-discover and then define future hopes and dreams that were very much on the back burner.

She has shown me how to begin to draw up a plan for the realisation of those same hopes by setting realistic steps to work though at my own pace.

Rachel is a very good listener, takes a real interest and has a knack of drawing out the issues often buried under the relentless pressure of everyday life.
